Requirements
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Strong understanding of interface design principles
Experience in user research and usability testing
Portfolio demonstrating successful web and mobile projects
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and design systems
Ability to work in a team and communicate ideas effectively
Awareness of accessibility and inclusion challenges
